About Naples Pro Painters
Naples Pro Painters connects homeowners, property managers, and business owners in Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, and Estero with local painting contractors who work in this climate every day. One call gets you to a painter who serves your area — not a national call center, and not a crew driving in from across the state.
Who's Behind Naples Pro Painters
Joseph Lawrence, Operations Manager, oversees Naples Pro Painters — the site, the information on it, and making sure calls reach local painting contractors who actually work in Southwest Florida.
Everything on this site was written for the way paint behaves here: 260+ days of sun, Gulf salt air, stucco that moves with the heat, and community approval processes that most of the country never deals with. The goal is simple — give you enough real information to know what a good paint job in Naples should look like before anyone shows up at your door.

How It Works
- 1Call (239) 319-4450. Tell us what you need painted and where.
- 2You're connected with a local painting contractor who serves your area.
- 3Ask for an on-site walkthrough and a firm price in writing before any work is scheduled.
What a Good Estimate in Naples Should Include
Whoever walks your property, this is what a Naples estimate should cover — and what we'd ask for ourselves:
- •A real walkthrough, not a phone quote. Stucco condition, moisture, and sun exposure change the price; a quote based on square footage alone tends to grow once work starts.
- •A stucco check before any exterior price. Cracks and hollow-sounding (delaminated) stucco need repair before paint, or the new coat fails early.
- •A written price and a written start date. If the scope changes, you should approve it before the work happens.
- •Proof of license and insurance. Ask for the contractor's license and certificate of insurance before work begins — every reputable contractor will provide both.
- •HOA or ARB paperwork, if your community requires it. In most gated and condo communities, color approval has to happen before exterior work is scheduled.
Why Painting in Southwest Florida Is Different
Paint fails faster here than almost anywhere in the country. UV breaks down exterior coatings years early, salt air reaches homes well inland, and humidity changes how interior paint cures. Each town has its own wrinkles too — the Imperial River flood history in Bonita Springs, canal-front exposure and city permitting on Marco Island, and HOA-plus-CDD approvals in Estero. Every page on this site is written around those specifics.
